Palm Tree LLC, a consulting and advisory firm focused on M&A and the private equity investment cycle is pleased to announce the promotion of Vincent Nguyen to Senior Vice President.

Mr. Nguyen joined Palm Tree in 2019 as a Vice President. He brought experience across several industries and had previously worked in Investment Banking and covered engagements that include private placement, IPO, corporate finance advisory, and valuation. “It has been an amazing opportunity to be a part of Palm Tree and to contribute to its growth in recent years,” he said. “With its culture of excellence and outstanding talents, the Company is well-positioned to be a major player in all three business verticals, FDD, T&T and Capital Markets Services.”

Mr. Nguyen will continue client engagements and will assume greater responsibilities for training and mentorship of junior team members, as well as participate in strategic initiatives of the Firm.
