Palm Tree LLC, an M&A advisory and investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that Alex Savitt, Kathleen Obiala, Stephanie Kersey, and Michael Sieglen have joined the firm as vice presidents across the firm’s service lines, Investment Banking, Financial Due Diligence, and Transitions and Transformations.

Mr. Savitt, Vice President – Investment Banking, has nearly 10 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. He has worked on over 50 real estate and corporate finance transactions throughout his career.
Mrs. Obiala, Vice President – Financial Due Diligence, has over 10 years of advising middle-market transactions across all industries. She has experience in M&A, finance, accounting, and due diligence and spent time with a Big Four accounting firm.
Ms. Kersey, Vice President – Transitions and Transformations, has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, including M&A due diligence, operations integration, and audits. Her experience includes monthly financial close and reporting, technical accounting, financial control analysis and remediation, and software implementation.
Mr. Sieglen, Vice President – Transitions and Transformations, has nearly 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity. Previously, he led company performance improvement initiatives and was responsible for transaction origination, execution, and portfolio company management.
Collectively, the four will lead and manage client engagements across all service lines. To date in 2022, Palm Tree has added 37 people to its team in offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, and Dallas.
