Rishi Chellani is a Director of Palm Tree and focuses on financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as post-close transition support.
Mr. Chellani has transaction experience across a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, and industrial services, among others.
Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Chellani worked within the Transaction Advisory Services group at RSM in Los Angeles and in the Audit practice at KPMG in San Francisco. He earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Chapman University, Argyros School of Business.
Mr. Chellani enjoys traveling the world, playing sports, and watching his Bay Area teams compete.
