Operations Consulting: Expertise in developing vendor spend dashboards and prioritization matrices to identify high-impact opportunities, and assisted in renegotiating contract terms with vendors to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships

Strategic Finance: Skilled in financial and operational modeling, cash flow forecasting, AOP, working capital optimization, add-on integrations, and interim management

Accounting Advisory: Specializing in audit readiness, cash-to-accrual transitions, opening balance sheets, technical accounting, and internal controls

Before joining Palm Tree, Garrett worked in PwC’s Assurance practice, focusing on clients in the technology and entertainment sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.
