Chris Felderman co-leads Palm Tree consulting service lines, which gives perspectives on financial data that enable buyers and sellers to make more informed decisions, minimize business disruption, visualize opportunities, and drive value creation.
Mr. Felderman has nearly two decades of financial advisory experience including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and spin-off projects for both private equity and corporate clients. Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Felderman held transaction advisory roles for PwC and EY. He also founded his own consulting firm focused on financial due diligence, where he led and assisted multiple sell-side advisory projects for a Fortune 50 client and advised on transactions ranging in size from $3 million to $5 billion.
Mr. Felderman holds both a BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degree from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and successfully passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
