Chris Bray serves as Chief Financial Officer for Palm Tree, where he oversees all aspects of corporate finance and accounting in addition to executing Palm Tree’s strategic initiatives.

Mr. Bray spent the first half of his career in various M&A advisory roles at PwC and Alvarez & Marsal primarily working with private equity clients, followed by several years with a boutique investment bank specializing in consumer products.  Subsequently, he pivoted to industry to stand up and lead an FP&A function for a $1B+ multinational IT workspace services company, progressing to Global VP of Finance. Most recently, Mr. Bray served as CFO for both a start-up in the fitness-tech sector, followed by a mid-market 3PL fulfillment provider in the D2C, e-commerce space.

Mr. Bray received his bachelors and masters from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a concentration in accounting. Unique for being a ‘French-Texan’, Mr. Bray has lived and worked in Dallas, New York, Paris, and most recently, Los Angeles, where he resides with his wife, two sons and Millie, their two-year old lab mix.
