• Matt McGwire, Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics

Patrick Brackett has been a key leader in Palm Tree’s Accounting Advisory service line, improving its growth and professionalism. As a new Senior Vice President, he will continue to leverage his deep expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, and purchase price allocation – driving client value creation. His leadership and subject matter expertise have strengthened the firm’s ability to navigate complex accounting challenges. Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Brackett was a Director in PwC Chicago’s Private Assurance practice.

Matt McGwire has been instrumental in shaping Palm Tree’s Data & Analytics practice, leveraging more than a decade of experience in developing and executing organization-wide analytical programs. His expertise spans data engineering, business intelligence dashboards, and system integrations, with a specialization in financial insights and leveraging data to drive business performance. Prior to Palm Tree, Mr. McGwire worked with several major brands, including Taco Bell, Surfline, TravisMathew (acquired by Callaway Golf), and Manitobah Mukluks (Endeavour Capital).

Alex Savitt has played a critical role in Palm Tree’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets team, advising on M&A transactions, special situations, and capital raises. With over 11 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, he has executed more than 60 corporate finance and real estate transactions throughout his career. Prior to Palm Tree, Mr. Savitt held roles at Telegraph Hill Advisors, Irongate, Armory Securities, and Deutsche Bank.
