Healthcare Finance and M&A Veteran to Grow the Firm’s Healthcare Vertical

Mr. Steffens brings a wealth of healthcare industry expertise to the firm, and he will leverage his experience as a trusted sell-side M&A advisor and management consultant to expand the depth and breadth of Palm Tree’s healthcare investment banking services.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Steffens was a member of Baird’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking team, advising middle-market healthcare companies, private equity firms, and venture capital firms on various M&A transactions totaling more than $2 billion in transaction value. Before Baird, Mitchell served in various roles at Kaufman Hall & Associates, Capital One, and Healthcare Appraisers, where collectively, he gained valuable transaction experience, spanning Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, Biopharma & Pharma Services, and Provider Services.
