Mr. Wade has been a driving force behind the firm’s Operations Advisory practice, leveraging his deep expertise in process reengineering, data-driven decision-making, and technology integration to enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value to clients. His leadership in process optimization, carve-out execution, and post-merger integration has played a critical role in transforming the business operations and driving long-term improvements of our clients.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Wade led process and system improvement initiatives across finance and operations at MRV Communications. He also spent two decades at Technicolor, where he held various leadership roles in business process optimization and executive management, including serving as Head of Film Manufacturing. Additionally, he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
As Principal, Mr. Wade will continue to expand Palm Tree’s Operations Advisory practice, working closely with clients to implement data-driven, scalable solutions that optimize performance and create sustainable value.
