Nick Omsberg is an Associate in Palm Tree's Investment Banking group. Mr. Omsberg provides transaction execution support and advisory for sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, special situations, and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Omsberg has more than three years of middle-market Investment Banking experience executing on engagements across a wide array of verticals, including technology, industrials, consumer products, healthcare, and business services. He has closed over half a billion in total transaction value.

Prior to joining Palm Tree, Mr. Omsberg interned for Airbus SE within EU Affairs in Brussels, Belgium.

Mr. Omsberg has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and maintains his Series 63, Series 79, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses. Outside of work, you can find Nick traveling, cheering on his Trojans, or enjoying various outdoor pursuits, including hiking, backpacking, skiing, and surfing.
