Lucas Jones assists in facilitating executive operations, strategy, and administrative support to the CEO.

Mr. Jones joins Palm Tree with operational and administrative experience to support many internal company functions, including IT, Talent Acquisition, Office Management, HR, Marketing, and various process improvement and strategy implementation. Over time, his skillset and career growth led him to work alongside Pardis Nasseri, where he acts as an executive liaison and representative for the office of the CEO.

Outside of work, Mr. Jones enjoys the outdoors, backpacking the mountains of California, as well as the creative arts, playing music and designing apps.
