Jordan Geiersbach is a Vice President within Palm Tree's Transaction Advisory Services group.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Geiersbach worked with Doeren Mayhew’s Transaction Advisory Services group in Troy, Michigan, collaborating with private equity firms and investment banks on financial due diligence buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out transactions. He also served in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice in Detroit, working on the external audits of private equity-backed companies, IPO’s, SPACs, and other private and publicly held clients.

Mr. Geiersbach graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Gies College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting followed by a Master of Science in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Michigan. He enjoys spending time outdoors and with family, especially when it includes soaring through the skies with his wife, a commercial helicopter pilot.
