Britton Woolf is a Managing Director, leading Palm Tree's Transaction Advisory Services discipline.
Mr. Woolf has 20 years of experience advising clients on their buy and sell-side transactions across a broad range of industries and deal sizes. He has advised clients on a range of different situations including global carve-outs, public-to-private, distressed, and dispute resolution. Mr. Woolf has significant experience working with private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, investment banks, and corporate acquirers.
Prior to Palm Tree, Mr. Woolf most recently worked with Alvarez & Marsal (2012-2020) as a Senior Director in their Transaction Advisory Group where he focused on founder-owned and private equity-owned sell-side transactions as well as middle market private equity buy-side transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Woolf spent nearly a decade (2001-2011) in the Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York where key clients included Apollo, Cerberus, and TPG.
Mr. Woolf holds an Accounting degree from Brigham Young University and completed his Masters in Business Administration at Colombia Business School. He successfully passed the uniform CPA exam and holds an active license in California.
