Tiffany previously led talent acquisition transformations via her boutique consulting firm, Inclusivity Talent Solutions, dedicated to attracting top-tier diverse talent while ensuring the implementation of recruiting best practices.

Prior to that, Tiffany held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Investment Management & Wealth Management at BNY Mellon and Antares Capital. Before those roles, she held senior recruiting positions at BlackRock and AllianceBernstein. Tiffany started her recruiting career working for contingency and retained search firms after completing an associate training program at Deutsche Bank in their private wealth management business.

Tiffany holds a BA degree in English from the University of Virginia.  She is a native New Yorker currently residing in Long Island with her husband, their daughter, and bulldog.
