Tiffany Francis is Director of Talent Acquisition at Palm Tree, where she partners with executive leadership to shape the firm’s talent strategy and support its continued growth. She collaborates with business leaders to align talent initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives, helping develop the teams and organizational capabilities needed for long-term success.

With more than 20 years of experience, Tiffany has built and led recruiting functions across financial services, investment management, consulting, and private equity-backed organizations. Prior to joining Palm Tree, she held talent acquisition leadership roles at Antares Capital and BNY Mellon, leading recruiting for their Global Investment Management and Wealth Management businesses. She previously held senior recruiting positions with BlackRock and AllianceBernstein and founded Inclusivity Talent Solutions, where she advised alternative investment firms on recruiting strategy, processes, and best practices.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia.
