Stephanie Kersey
Senior Vice President
Ms. Kersey brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, including M&A due diligence, opening balance sheet, integration of operations, and audits. She has extensive experience in monthly financial close and reporting, technical accounting, financial control analysis and remediation, and software implementation and support.
Before joining Palm Tree, Ms. Kersey was Controller at Krayden Inc., a PE owned distributor of specialty adhesives, and Director of Accounting and Finance at APC Automotive Technologies, a PE owned automotive aftermarket supplier. She has extensive experience in the healthcare, distribution, and financial services industries.
Ms. Kersey earned her MS Finance from the University of Colorado in Denver and her BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado. Ms. Kersey enjoys walking several miles each day, driving her Tesla, and travel with family and friends.
