Peter Duffy
Associate
Peter Duffy is an Associate within Palm Tree’s Investment Banking practice, providing transaction advisory for mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raises across both debt and equity. Mr. Duffy brings over five years of experience in corporate and investment banking, advising some of the largest fortune 500 companies on key strategic M&A and capital markets transactions.
Prior to Palm Tree, Mr. Duffy worked for Barclays as an Investment Banking Associate within the Industrials group in New York where he advised clients across a variety of industries including automotive, capital goods, industrial services, and aerospace and defense.
Mr. Duffy also served as a Corporate Banking Analyst within the Transportation team at Citigroup in New York, where he provided clients with strategic advice on key capital markets opportunities and made recommendations on various credit ratings considerations.
Mr. Duffy received his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting. Outside of the office, he enjoys surfing and traveling with friends, tasting and appreciating tea, and watching films from his favorite directors.
