Nicholas Norian is a core member of Palm Tree’s Finance & Accounting service line, specializing in post-transaction outcomes.
He brings deep expertise in transition and integration engagements, delivering value through FP&A reporting, carve-out transition planning, and GAAP-compliant accounting advisory services. Having spent five years with Palm Tree, Nicholas played an integral role in the firm’s rapid growth and continued success, during which time the organization has more than tripled in size.
Nicholas partners closely with management teams, ownership groups, and other diligence providers to help clients make informed decisions, minimize business disruption, and uncover value post-transaction. His work consistently yields actionable insights that strengthen near-term performance and support long-term growth.
Prior to joining Palm Tree, Nicholas worked at Rouse Appraisals, a leading valuation advisory firm serving the heavy machinery and construction industries. There, he leveraged advanced data analysis to inform strategic decision-making for a broad range of stakeholders, including supporting asset-backed lending accuracy, establishing trade-in values for Fortune 500 heavy machinery OEMs, and performing fair market valuations of target-company fleets for private equity funds.
Outside of work, Nicholas manages his personal real estate investments and supports real estate operations for his family’s Beverly Hills–based family office. He is a frequent international traveler with an appreciation for both renowned and off-the-beaten-path destinations. An avid reader with interests in architecture and sociology, Nicholas values the perspectives and cultural insights gained through global exploration.
