Karan Dalvi

Mr. Dalvi comes with more than six years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, and Assurance Services. His functional expertise includes preparing financial and operating models, analyzing Quality of Earnings, Working Capital and Net Debt.
Prior to joining Palm Tree, Mr. Dalvi was part of the Transaction Advisory Services group at Duff & Phelps, assisting Private Equity clients and Strategic Investors in analyzing financial information of target companies. Mr. Dalvi worked across several industries including manufacturing, telecommunication & media technology, healthcare and consumer products.
He has earned his master’s degree in Finance from the University of Southern California. Further, he is a licensed Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) from India. Outside of work, Mr. Dalvi enjoys playing soccer, swimming and travelling with family & friends. He loves beaches more than mountains.
