With deep expertise in operational leadership, Joseph has a proven track record in process optimization, carve-out execution, and post-merger integration. He brings extensive experience in transforming business operations through strategic initiatives that enhance performance and scalability.

Before joining Palm Tree, Joseph led process and system improvement efforts across finance and operations at MRV Communications. Prior to that, he spent two decades at Technicolor, holding various leadership roles in business process optimization and executive management, including serving as Head of Film Manufacturing.
