With over five years of experience in public accounting, Mr. Gunst has worked in the transaction services and accounting advisory practices at EY and assurance practice at PwC. His transaction advisory experience includes financial due diligence as well as financial and accounting services related to carve-outs and spin-offs. His client experience cuts across multiple industries, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and technology.

Mr. Gunst received his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Outside of his career, he is a Chicago sports fanatic and self-taught guitar player with an infatuation for music.
