Harry Pershing is a Senior Associate in Palm Tree’s Finance & Accounting service line, focused on financial modeling, operational value creation, and turnaround support.

Mr. Pershing brings a combination of investment banking and hands-on operating experience. He spent four years at Piper Sandler as an AVP supporting capital allocation decisions and M&A deal teams followed by several years in institutional client relationship management at Dimensional Fund Advisors. He began his career at Wells Fargo as an economist, conducting industry and country research and macro-variable forecasting. Mr. Pershing most recently founded his own search fund, leading to the acquisition, operation, and exit of a medical diagnostics business in Los Angeles.

Mr. Pershing holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a B.A. in Economics & History from the University of Virginia. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Outside of work you can find him training for his next triathlon in the SoCal area.
