With deep expertise in transition and integration projects, he delivers value to clients through FP&A reporting, development and support of annual operating plans and forecasting, working capital optimization, add-on integration, and carve-out transition planning.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Zuk was a Senior Associate at KPMG’s Audit & Assurance practice, contributing to the financial audit of a Fortune 500 commercial real estate services and investment manager. He managed group consolidation efforts, aligned subsidiaries with parent company objectives, and served as the PMO, coordinating global audit results. His role included analyzing financial statements, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. Additionally, Mr. Zuk provided audit services to entertainment and retail clients in the Los Angeles market, broadening his industry expertise.

Mr. Zuk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.

Outside of work, Mr. Zuk is an accomplished equestrian and rancher. He actively competes in rodeo and team roping events.
