Mr. Jiang brings nearly a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, and private equity, working across various industries, including industrials, consumer goods, and business services.

Before joining Palm Tree, he served as an Associate at B. Riley Financial, where he provided corporate and transaction advisory services to clients ranging from privately held middle-market companies to publicly traded corporations, contributing to transactions totaling over $4 billion. Additionally, Mr. Jiang worked as a Private Equity Associate at a real estate-focused private equity firm, supporting buy-side transactions for acquisition targets, which resulted in $350 million in awarded assets.

Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on World Trade and Development from the University of California, Davis.
