Palm Tree was engaged to design and execute a cross-functional 100-day plan for a newly acquired business. The goal was to stabilize operations, establish financial controls, stand up critical systems, and position the company for global expansion.

Through structured PMO oversight, strategic planning, and execution management, Palm Tree ensured a seamless transition and laid the foundation for long-term growth.

PMO stand-up & readiness: Launched a centralized PMO with defined workstream leads, escalation protocols, and weekly reporting cadence. Conducted stakeholder discovery to identify Day 1 priorities and surface compliance and integration risks.

Strategic planning & talent buildout: Aligned management on regional expansion strategy, refined sales offerings, and structured pipeline oversight. Designed payroll infrastructure for international growth and facilitated onboarding of key executives, including CFO, VP Finance, Global Controller, VP Operations, and IT lead.

Execution management: Directed initiatives across finance, HR, tax, and systems, delivering liquidity controls and ensuring timely submission of lender, board, and closing materials. Oversaw global banking rationalization, working capital tracking, and FX management. Guided system selection and planning. Supported entity transition, tax compliance, and benefit renewals through advisor coordination and workflow management.

This engagement provided management with stability in the near term and a scalable framework for global growth, ensuring both investor confidence and operational readiness.
