Rohit Ramesh
Senior Associate
Rohit Ramesh is a Senior Associate in Palm Tree’s Strategic Finance practice, based in Los Angeles. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on financial planning, operating models, liquidity, and the operational levers that drive EBITDA and cash flow.
Rohit brings roughly five years of experience across turnaround, restructuring, and management consulting, having advised distressed and underperforming businesses through debt restructurings, operating-plan builds, and buy-side diligence across manufacturing, renewable energy, and industrials. Before Palm Tree, he worked at a Big 4 firm, where he led financial planning for a large-scale operational turnaround and built the liquidity and value-creation analyses that guided lender and management decisions.
Rohit holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, with concentrations in Finance and Strategy. He is a Chartered Accountant (US CPA equivalent) and has cleared Level II of the CFA program.
Outside of work, Rohit will happily argue that a proper filter coffee beats anything a fancy espresso machine can produce, and he’s usually plotting his next trip.
