Mrs. Obiala joined Palm Tree in 2022 with over 13 years of experience in M&A, finance, and accounting and has been a pivotal contributor to the growth of the firm’s TAS practice. Her expertise in M&A financial due diligence and middle-market transactions has been invaluable in advising private equity firms and corporate clients on numerous complex transactions.

In her new position as Director, Mrs. Obiala will lead engagement efforts on both buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements, ensuring clients are equipped with comprehensive and strategic insights into potential transactions. She will also continue to play a vital role in shaping and growing the firm’s TAS offerings and junior-tier members.
