Rouzheen Myrick is a Managing Director of Palm Tree’s Finance & Accounting service line, specializing in Transaction Advisory Services.

With almost twenty years of experience in M&A and finance before joining Palm Tree, Ms. Myrick has worked in the assurance and transaction services practices at EY and at AECOM’s headquarters in Los Angeles. Her experience includes over $7 billion in transactional value with expertise in financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, integration, purchase price accounting, and FP&A.

Ms. Myrick was recognized as one of The Top 25 Women Leaders in Consulting in 2026 by The Consulting Report for her industry leadership and contributions. She received her bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and graduated with honors. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and lives in Dallas with her husband and two daughters.
