Matt McGwire is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in data analytics. He is proficient in developing and executing organization-wide analytical programs, encompassing all from data engineering and business intelligence dashboards to system integrations, with a specialization in uncovering financial insights and making data work for businesses.

Prior to joining Palm Tree, Mr. McGwire worked with several large brands including Taco Bell, Surfline, TravisMathew (acquired by Callaway Golf)) and Manitobah Mukluks (Endeavour Capital). With a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a second bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mr. McGwire has been successful at developing innovative solutions that leverage the power of data to drive business success. The diverse industry experience Mr. McGwire has gained enables him to excel at bringing together cross-functional teams to build analytical programs from the ground up.

When he’s not building data structures & models, you can find him on a constant pursuit to visit all U.S. National Parks, golfing throughout the Southwest, and hiking with his wife, stepson, and chocolate Labrador named Pamela Beasly.
