Lucca Kolberg works on engagements across all lines of Palm Tree’s transaction, transition, and transformation services.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Kolberg served Whittier Trust’s investment team, an investment management firm with $19B of assets under management. He also worked in investment banking, advocating on behalf of restructuring middle-market businesses through divesture, merger, acquisition, or recapitalization.

Mr. Kolberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Finance. Mr. Kolberg is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Society Los Angeles. While at Chapman University, he was the Sub-Regional and Regional champion of the CFA Research Challenge and achieved the Global Final.

In addition to his finance career and education, he is an avid fantasy football player and March Madness bracket builder. Lucca enjoys camping trips with his family and long car rides with his wife.
