The deal, arranged by Palm Tree’s capital markets team led by Britt Terrell, involved arranging a senior secured loan provided by White Oak Global Advisors. The financing both refinanced Integrity’s existing debt and provided the capital needed to complete the acquisition of Serpico Landscaping. Integrity Landscape is a portfolio company of Seacoast Capital and Galaxi Group.
