In 2020, Chris Felderman, Managing Director and Head of Financial Due Diligence at Palm Tree, was tapped to establish a Chicago office to serve as a central hub to serve client needs and business interests. In the past three years, Felderman has expanded the Chicago presence to nearly 30 people, making it the fastest-growing office outside of Palm Tree’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Located on Wacker Drive in a newly built 57-floor skyscraper with stunning views of the Chicago River and city skyline, the new space provides a central, collaborative work environment for its professionals that encompass all service offerings at Palm Tree while also affording opportunities for expansion as the firm’s growth continues.
